Terms of Use

Last updated: September 21, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the multiscorescreen.com website and of the Multi Score Screen software service (together, the "Service"). In these Terms, "Multi Score Screen", "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of the Service, and "you" means the person or organization using it.

By accessing the website, requesting a demo, or creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a club, venue or company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

1. The Service

Multi Score Screen is a software service that displays live scores for tennis, padel, badminton, squash, table tennis, volleyball and pickleball on a TV or display that you provide, and lets players, coaches or staff control the score from a phone or the admin panel. It also includes tools such as court management, reservations, sponsor content, statistics and spectator access through a QR code.

Where we supply hardware or accessories, they are covered by the order or quote they are supplied under, in addition to these Terms. We continuously improve the Service and may add, change or remove features. Some features may be offered as early access and can change before general release.

2. Accounts and licences

The Service is licensed per court. To use it you need an account and, for each court, an activated licence key. When you subscribe, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for the number of courts and the sports included in your plan, for your own business purposes and for the duration of your subscription.

  • Give us accurate and current information when you register or contact us.
  • Keep your login details, licence keys and court PINs confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Plans, fees and billing

The plans currently offered (such as Starter, Pro, Elite and Unlimited), their prices, and what each includes are shown on our pricing page or in the quote or order you accept. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis, and fees are exclusive of applicable taxes such as VAT or sales tax, which you are responsible for.

You can move to a different plan at any time; the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We may change our prices with reasonable advance notice, and a change will not affect the period you have already paid for. Custom plans, including Unlimited or long-term plans, are governed by the written quote or agreement we provide for them, which prevails over these Terms if the two conflict.

If a payment fails, we may contact you, and after reasonable notice we may suspend access to the affected courts until the balance is settled.

4. Term, cancellation and termination

Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it or we agree otherwise in writing. Plans with a fixed term run for the term stated in your agreement.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if you do not pay fees when due, or if your use risks harm to the Service or to others. We will give you notice where reasonably possible. When your subscription ends, your licences stop working and we will delete or return your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts or our systems, or to disrupt or overload them;
  • copy, reverse engineer, decompile or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product, except where the law expressly allows;
  • use one licence for more courts than your plan includes, or share licence keys outside your organization;
  • upload or display content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, misleading, or that you do not have the right to use.

6. Your content and personal data of players

You may add content to the Service, such as club names and logos, player names and photos, reservation details, and sponsor images or videos ("Your Content"). You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to operate the Service for you, including showing it on your court screens and, where you enable it, on spectators' devices.

You are responsible for Your Content, and you confirm that you have all the rights, permissions and consents needed to use it and to display it, including consent or another lawful basis for showing the names and photos of players, and any rights in sponsor material. For personal data you enter about players and other individuals, you are generally the controller and we act as your processor. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, screen layouts, design, text, logos and trademarks, belongs to Multi Score Screen or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights in these Terms, nothing gives you ownership of or any right to use our names, logos or materials. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely to improve the Service without obligation to you.

8. Your equipment, network and scoring accuracy

The Service runs on equipment and connections that you provide, such as TVs, displays, phones and internet access. You are responsible for their suitability, installation and safe use. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device or network, and performance depends on them.

Scores shown are entered by people using the Service. You, and not us, are responsible for verifying that the score is correct and for any decisions about a match, competition or bet that rely on it. The Service is not an official timing or officiating system.

9. Availability, updates and support

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance and release updates, which are included in every plan. Support is provided at the level of your plan, and any uptime or response commitments (for example an SLA) apply only where they are stated in your written agreement.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service and the website are provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for intentional misconduct.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, bookings or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Distributors

Our distributor programme is not offered through these Terms. If we agree to appoint you as a distributor, that relationship is governed by a separate written agreement.

13. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the country in which Multi Score Screen is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction, unless your written agreement with us says otherwise. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue informally.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes affecting paying customers, give reasonable notice by email or within the Service. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@multiscorescreen.com or through our contact page.
